Ah, weekends. The time to sleep in. Unless you have a three year old that clearly does not get the memo and wakes you up with his rendition of the Thomas the Train theme song.
Saturday mornings usually involve snuggle time, enjoying our apple juice and coffee, and his favorite shows. He plays with toys and I bust out the computer for menu planning.
This week:
Monday: Moo Shu Lettuce Cups
Tuesday: Herbed Chicken Meatloaf
Wednesday: Penne with Vodka Sauce and Cappicola
Thursday: No Soup Tuna Casserole
Friday: Fontina, Caramelized Onion, and Pancetta Pizza
