One of the toughest things that I've had to cope with is the death of my Poppa. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in September, right before my birthday. He was given two months to live. When he passed two days before Thanksgiving, pancreatic cancer became my biggest enemy. Mara, of I Made Dinner, also has felt the sting of loss through pancreatic cancer.
